If the PAK500 download does not start, the cause is usually browser blocking, unstable data, low storage or an incomplete previous APK file. Start with the confirmed entrance, then check the device before retrying.
Confirm mobile data or Wi-Fi is stable, free enough storage, close duplicate download tabs and remove any zero-byte or partial APK file from the downloads folder. Repeated retries without clearing broken files can cause the same error again.
Android browsers may block APK files or ask for permission before saving. Review download permission, pop-up settings and file access prompts. Do not allow unknown sites or mirror pages just because they claim a faster download.
If download attempts keep failing, use browser access temporarily and complete login checks there. Do not make wallet actions while switching between broken files and unknown download links.
